Blue Tours (www.bluetours.gr) is an experiential travel company that offers a wide range of tours and activities in Corfu with the aim of showing travelers the authentic side of life on the island. We are currently looking for the right candidates to join our team for the following two positions:
1) Operations Manager
This job can be part time or full time, requiring a daily presence in the office with a relative flexibility while the main responsibilities of the position will be:
Responsibilities:
· Planning, booking and making all necessary arrangements for tours, excursions and day trips
· Determining clients’ needs and preferences and suggesting suitable tours and itineraries.
· Developing procedures for the proper implementation of tours, excursions and day trips
· Liaising with drivers, guides and suppliers
· Other daily operation tasks
Desirable skills:
· Very good knowledge of English (both written and verbal)
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· A good working knowledge of MS Office
· Strong desire to learn, attention to detail, proactivity
· Car driver license (not professional)
· Previous work experience in a similar position desirable but not essential
2) English CopyWriter
This job can either be on a freelance remote basis or a part-time office job while the main responsibilities of the position will be:
Responsibilities:
· Writing content for our blog
· Creating tour itineraries & descriptions
· Managing our social media channels
Desirable skills:
· Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
· Creative writing skills (English)
· Previous work experience in a similar position
