  • 01 . Who is Blue Tours? Where can I find more about you?

    If you want to find out about our Company, visit the About Us Section of our website. If you have any questions, contact us by email or through social media, we'd love to hear from you :-)

  • 02 . When will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

    The time of the confirmation of your booking depends upon the tour or transfer. Some tours are instantly confirmed at time of booking, whereas others are confirmed within 24 hours of booking. Please check the "Important Information" section of the tour or transfer that you are interested in and you will find out when your booking will be confirmed. 

  • 03 . How can I amend my booking?

    In case you need to modify one of the services that you booked with us, please contact us at [email protected] at least 3 days before your scheduled travel date and we will do everything within our power to modify your reservation. If you contact us less than 3 days before your scheduled travel date, we will still do our best but we might not be able to modify it.

  • 04 . What is your cancellation policy?

    In case of cancellation by a customer, the following cancellation policy applies:

    • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time
    • If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour, your booking will be non refundable.


  • 05 . How do I leave a review for your services?

    At the moment, you cannot leave a review on our website but please you can share your experience with Blue Tours on Trip Advisor :-)

  • 06 . Do you offer promotional codes or discounts?

    Yes, we do offer discounts and promotional codes. Please follow us on Social Media or sign up to our Newsletter to keep up to date with our latest offers and discounts.

  • 07 . Can you provide baby seats?

    Yes, we offer baby seats for both our transfers and our tours, at no extra cost. Once you proceed with your booking, please let us know that you need a baby seat in the "Additional Information" section and we will arrange this for you.

  • 08 . Are your tours available only in English?

    The standard language for all our tours is English. Private tours can be offered in other languages too but this depends on the availability of the Tour Guide. Once you proceed with your booking, you will be asked to note your preferred Tour Language. Upon the confirmation of your booking, you will be informed about whether your request for another language can be confirmed.

  • 09 . Do you pick up from private residences?

    Yes, we can pick you up from a private residence provided that the location is accessible by our vehicles. In case this residence is not accessible, we will do our best to pick you up from the nearest accessible point. Once you proceed with your booking, please enter ''Private Residence'' in the ''Pickup location'' field and note the exact address of this residence in the Additional Information section. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be advised about the exact pickup location.

  • 10 . How do I find the duration of my transfer?

    The duration of the transfer depends on the location of your hotel or other drop off location. Once you make your booking, please note down the name of your hotel or other location and we will email you the estimated transfer time.

  • 11 . What time should I book my departure transfer for?

    Once you proceed with your booking, you will required to enter your pickup location as well as your flight departure time. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be advised about the right pickup time for your departure. We usually calculate the journey, plus 2 hours to allow plenty of time for check-in procedures. In case you want an earlier/later pickup time, please email us at [email protected].



  • 12 . What if I book a transfer and my flight is arrives early/ is delayed?

    When making a transfer booking you will be asked to provide us with your flight details. In this way, we will be aware of any flight delays and will make sure that we are at the airport at the right time.
