Prohibited Activities

The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, messages, data, information, text, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, maps, icons, software, code or other material), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us. You agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, content, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website. Any other use of Bluetours.gr content requires the prior written permission of Blue Tours.

Booking a product

By booking a reservation for a Product through Bluetours.gr, you acknowledge that you accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, use this Website, book the Product, and that all information you supply is true and accurate. You further agree that you will use the booking functionality of this Website to make only legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, and any user who attempts such a reservation may have his or her Viator account terminated.

Pricing

Prices are based on known costs at the time of quoting and are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. Prices listed on site are per person or per group unless otherwise specified. What the prices include is specifically stated on each tour web page. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include: gratuities to guide, driver, food and drinks, passport and visa fees, personal insurance.

Payment

When you book a reservation for a Product through Bluetours.gr, Blue Tours collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”.Blue tours accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS and there is no extra fee for processing credit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Blue Tours on the credit card statement. 

Cancellations

Canceling a booking with Blue Tours can result in cancellation fees. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees as outlined below:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the services begin: There is no cancellation fee, you will get a full refund.
• Cancellation between 7 to 3  days before services begin : You will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation less than 3 calendar days or less before the service: you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee 

Booking Amendments

Blue tours does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our  team more than 7 days ahead of your confirmed travel date.  If you request a date change within 7 days or less of your confirmed travel date, Blue Tours will attempt to honor your request; however changes made seven days or less from your original travel date may attract an additional fee.

Cancellations by Blue Tours

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, Blue Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket or product that you have booked at Blue Tours at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, product or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify our customers in order to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible. In the rare event our suppliers and/or service providers cancel a tour, we reserve the right to cancel any of the services, without any penalties beyond offering a full refund.

Blue Tours can also cancel the activity on the agreed date without observing a period of notice, if weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions (in particular force majeure) make the execution of the activity impossible, make it considerably more difficult or endanger it. In this case the paid price is refunded.

Voucher / ticket

You will receive a personalized Blue Tours Voucher for each tour, transfer, event or service booked. You must provide the original, authentic Blue Tours Voucher in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid Blue Tours Voucher.

Tour Guides

The standard language for all private guided tours is  English. All other languages are provided only on request basis. unless there is a previous prearangement to lecture and to another language. Guided Tour may be operated in two languages.

Passports & Visas

 If a Passport is required for a Tour, this will be clearly stated at the Additional Information section of this tour.  You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order.

Children age 4-12 years

Children under 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the buses but all tours make frequent stops.

Food and Drink

In the interest of the safety and comfort of all passengers, we ask you not to bring hot food or drinks onto the coach.

Intelelctual property rights

As between you and Blue Tours, the Website is and remains protected by copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights (including protection granted through unfair competition law). You acquire no rights in the Website, and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published on the Website. You may access and view the Website, but not incorporate it into other websites, and not copy, present, license, publish, download, upload, send or make it perceptible in any other way without our prior written consent.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Website is operated by a Greek entity and this Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece.  You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts of Greece and stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceedings in such courts for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. You agree that all claims you may have against Blue Tours arising from or relating to this Website must be heard and resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Greece. Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

LIABILITY

Please read this section carefully. This section limits Blue Tours liability to you for issues that may arise in connection of your use of this Website or our Products. The information, content, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including reservation availability and pricing errors.Blue Tours do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for, any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the products and services displayed on this website (including, without limitation, the pricing, availability, photographs, features, inclusions and exclusions, general product descriptions, reviews and ratings, etc.). in addition, Blue Tours expressly reserves the right to correct any availability and pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price.

In no event shall Blue Tours (or their officers, directors and affiliates) be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of data or information or costs to procure substitute goods or services) arising out of, or in any way connected with, product or service bookings made by you through this website or your access to, display of or use of this website or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this website (including, but not limited to, your reliance upon reviews and opinions appearing on this website; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this website; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of this website) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Blue Tours has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If Blue Tours are found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our Websites or your booking or use of Products or services made available through our Website, then Blue Tours' liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the transaction fees paid Blue Tours for the transaction(s) on this Website giving rise to the claim, or (b) One-Hundred Euros (Euros €100.00).The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
